My stay at the resort had its ups and downs. The location by the backwater lake is stunning and the amenities are varied, making it a decent spot for relaxation. However, the service left much to be desired, as there were issues with cleanliness and staff responsiveness that really detracted from the experience. The dining options were also disappointing, especially given the name of the place.
